The Brief
Peak Technology Solutions are automation specialists who focus on optimising their clients’ manufacturing assets. They work in a multitude of sectors such as Utilities, Food, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals, with clients such as Kellogg’s, Pepsico and Thames Water.
It can be really tough to find people in the Controls & Automation Sector so the main focus was to find new ways to target the right people in the market and raise the awareness of the brand.
The SOLUTION
Working exclusively with Peak, we formed a Recruitment Partnership, working extremely closely with the team there to strategise on how to engage the right candidates and also get their name known in the market so when we were speaking with Controls and Automation Engineers or Project Managers, they had heard of Peak and already had a desire to work there.
We optimised a specialised Recruitment microsite for Peak, and then created a series of videos with the team at Peak, created a podcast episode with Michael Thomas, the Executive Director and most recently, created a Work For Us video for the Reading office as part of a recruitment drive.
The RESULTS
The creation of the Microsite and the associated content which was promoted in conjunction with the Peak Marketing Team saw a rise in candidate engagement and conversion from Initial contact to placement.
In this time we have delivered a number of senior hires across all offices along with attracting Engineers from Competitors, who got to see behind the scenes of the business before committing to an interview.
Equally the content and insight to the business has been invaluable in securing talent from other sectors who have bought important transferrable skills.
