AGAIN PACKAGING The Brief Again Packaging are an exciting new start-up creating a sustainable solution for the reuse of packaging such as glass and plastic bottles. When a bottle has been used, Again will run it through a ‘Clean Cell’ created by themselves which then ensures that the bottle can be reused. The need for this is that currently it is cheaper to create a new bottle than to clean and recycle a used one. Again engaged with us not only as they needed a solution to find Engineers and Packaging Specialists to design, test and manufacture their machine but also to attract investors, customers and potential future hires. The SOLUTION As a startup, having raised initial capital their priority was on recruiting core employees that would play an important part in the creation of their initial CleanCell product, to ensure it was ready to launch to customers. With our experience of Special Purpose Machinery and Automation, along with our background in helping grow high end startups we were well placed to support their initial growth and so we implemented a plan that included market advice on salaries and candidate availability, a short term resourcing model to ensure no gap in delivery and an engaging candidate outreach strategy. In addition to this, we worked with Again to create bespoke content including videography to showcase their business to future employees, customers and investors alike. The RESULTS Thanks to our solution the business has managed to build an envious core team of Engineers who have all contributed to the successful launch of their first clean cell. Our two pronged approach of hiring highly skilled Permanent employees and supplementing this with experienced contract resource when needed has helped to keep the project on track. We have also created some great content which has received a fantastic response to grow brand awareness and attract new talent. We’re now looking forward to helping the business through their next phase of growth along with continuing to support their content creation.
